The Out Lap offers twelve guests a moving fine dining experience on Grand Prix circuits, starting in Belgium with a menu by Yannick Alléno.
Moët Hennessy and Formula 1 have unveiled The Out Lap, a new hospitality concept. It is described as the world's first moving fine dining experience on a Formula 1 circuit, according to a press release issued on July 17, 2026.
The Out Lap transforms the journey from the garage to the starting grid into a dining experience. It takes guests aboard a travelling dining room that moves directly through the circuit. Each experience accommodates twelve guests and follows a bespoke route designed for each Grand Prix. Stops occur at significant circuit locations, where a former racing driver shares track memories.
Culinary creations interpret these stories, imagined by a leading chef and paired with wines and spirits from the Moët Hennessy portfolio. Each edition of The Out Lap is unique, with circuits inspiring their own routes, stories, and culinary identities.
The inaugural chapter will debut during the FORMULA 1 MOËT & CHANDON BELGIAN GRAND PRIX™ 2026 at Spa-Francorchamps. Moët Hennessy has invited Yannick Alléno, identified as the world's most Michelin-starred chef and chef ambassador for Moët & Chandon, to create the exclusive menu for this first edition. The courses are conceived to be consumed in motion, accompanied by selected beverages that complement the unfolding narrative.
Following its start in Belgium, The Out Lap is scheduled to appear at the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN DUTCH GRAND PRIX™, the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI GRAN PREMIO D'ITALIA, and the FORMULA 1 TAG HEUER GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA. Each destination will offer a new interpretation of the concept, drawing on the circuit's identity and heritage. This initiative is a flagship expression of the ten-year partnership between Moët Hennessy and Formula 1, announced in 2025. It aims to combine heritage, craftsmanship, and emotion into an immersive experience. The Out Lap allows guests onto the circuit itself, a space usually reserved for drivers and teams.
For travelers, this introduces a highly exclusive, track-side dining option tied directly to major racing events.
