Amorielli ("we", "us") is a private villa in Paraty, Brazil, preparing to welcome guests in spring 2027. This site is informational. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer enquiries and let you join our waitlist. This policy explains what we collect and your choices.

What we collect

Waitlist & enquiries. If you submit your email to join the waitlist or contact us, that email opens in your own mail application and is sent to us directly. We use it only to reply and to notify you when booking opens. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Analytics (only with your consent). With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, with IP anonymisation enabled. Nothing analytics-related loads until you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

Server logs. Like all websites, our host (Cloudflare) processes basic request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely. These logs are short-lived and used for security and reliability.

Cookies & storage

We use a single piece of local storage to remember your cookie choice. If you accept analytics, Google sets its own cookies to measure visits. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Booking

When Amorielli opens, reservations will be handled by Airbnb and VRBO under their own terms and privacy policies. No payment or booking is processed on this website.

Your rights

You may ask us to access or delete any personal data you've shared with us. Just email us and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or Brazil's LGPD.
