This policy explains what limited information amorielli.com collects, why, and the choices you have. Amorielli is an independent editorial travel magazine, published by Cavmir.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us and a privacy-friendly measure of page visits. If you email us or subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address (and any message) so we can reply and send what you asked for. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 in consent mode to understand which guides are useful. Analytics stays switched off until you accept. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of you.
Cookies & consent
On your first visit a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Decline, and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic request information (such as your IP address) to deliver and secure the site; those logs are short-lived.
Who processes your data
We share data only with the service providers that help us run the magazine, each under its own privacy terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, security, and short-lived request logs.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — privacy-friendly, consent-gated measurement of page visits.
- Resend — delivery of the notification email when you subscribe or write to us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, and we have not done so in the past twelve months. Under the California CCPA/CPRA there is nothing to opt out of, because we do not sell or share personal information.
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Emails you send are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will act promptly, consistent with the EU/UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, and California's CCPA/CPRA where they apply.

Photographs on this site are used largely from Wikimedia Commons under their respective licenses, credited on the credits page and beside each image. If you hold rights to an image and have a concern, contact us and we will address it promptly.
