Advertising terms
These terms apply to every press release, sponsored article, partner feature, cover story and banner bought from Amorielli. Last updated 18 October 2026.
Who we are
Amorielli is published by Trousdale Digital Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"). "You" are the business or person placing the order.
What you buy
The package you choose on our advertising page, as described there on the day you order, including the all-four-magazines option when you choose it. Prices are in US dollars and are paid in full at checkout through Stripe.
Labels and our newsroom
Every paid page is labelled as advertising ("Advertisement", "Sponsored content" or "Press release, paid placement") above the headline and in a note at the end, and links in paid pages carry the rel="sponsored" attribute. Paid content is written by our partner desk, not by our journalists, and buying it never buys news coverage, rankings, reviews or editorial opinion. You may not present a paid placement as independent coverage or as an endorsement by Amorielli.
What you send us
You confirm that the facts, figures, quotes, photos, logos and videos you send are accurate, that you have the right to let us publish them, and that anyone quoted or shown agreed to it. We write only from what you give us and from your own website; we do not add facts of our own. You are responsible for claims about your products and services, which must be truthful and supported.
What we don't publish
Gambling, cannabis, vaping and other drugs, weapons, adult content, crypto and trading schemes, debt relief, credit repair and payday lending, income schemes, health or medical claims, fake or paid reviews, political advertising, attacks on or comparisons with named competitors, and anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. Content must fit the subject of the magazine. We may decline any order; if we do, we refund it in full.
Approval and changes
Articles, features and cover stories are published only after you approve the draft on your order page, and your package includes the rounds of changes it lists. Press releases are published as you supply them after a formatting check. Banners run in the weeks shown on your order page; one advertiser has the banner in a given week.
How long it stays
Published pages stay online permanently, for as long as Amorielli is published, with your links in them. Time-limited placements (the cover, the From Our Partners band and banners) run for the period your package states. We may remove or edit a page if it becomes unlawful or breaks these terms, if you ask us to, or if a court or regulator requires it.
Refunds and cancellation
Full refund if we decline your order, or if you cancel before you send us your details. After work has started, we review a cancellation fairly and may refund part of the price. Once a page is published or a placement has started, the price is not refundable. A chargeback on a placement that was delivered ends the placement.
Results
We report the views and clicks your pages and banners receive, counted by us with search engines and robots left out. We don't promise any number of readers, clicks, sales, search rankings or search engine treatment of links.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses. You will cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us arises from content you supplied.
Privacy
We use your details to deliver your order, keep records and write to you about it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. See our privacy policy.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States. We may update them; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. Questions: write to Giulia Ferrante through our advertising page.
